Yes! You can upgrade from Free to Premium instantly and start enjoying all premium features immediately. If you downgrade, changes take effect at the end of your billing period.
Your data is never deleted when you change plans. If you exceed free plan limits after downgrading, you'll have read-only access to historical data but won't be able to add new items until you're within limits or upgrade again.
Yes! Annual billing is coming soon and will offer 2 months free (pay for 10 months, get 12). Contact us at billing@therapycrm.com to be notified when annual plans are available.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner.
No setup fees ever! Both Free and Premium plans can be activated instantly with no additional costs. Enterprise custom implementations may have one-time setup fees depending on requirements.
